Take note:
You may not be doing duty on the same court you play on, so check the duty allocations carefully.
Teams that do not provide at least one player to complete their duty without first consulting the Competition Manager will receive the following sanctions:
- Any result gained on the night (win, draw or loss) are now forfeit.
- -1 competition point to the team's overall competition points.
B Grade and C Grade will have byes this season. Make sure to check when your team is scheduled to play.

A reminder on how we play:
- Match Format: Games are best of five sets with a one-hour time limit (10 minutes warm-up, 50 minutes of game time). A hooter will sound when first serve should be, at 5 minutes to go and when time expires.
- If a ball rolls onto the court, play must stop immediately and the rally will be replayed.

Court Safety & Etiquette:
- Keep the free space around courts clear.
- Keep drink bottles at the back of the courts on the chairs and stands.
- Do not walk through other courts while a rally is in progress. Be mindful of people serving along the baseline. 

And please remember this is a social competition. Please be respectful to referees, your opponents, and your teammates. Keep the game friendly, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

Additionally, a Special General Meeting will be held next Tuesday at 8:00 PM. If you're in the stadium at 8pm you will be attending the meeting. There will be no ball warm up until the meeting has concluded.
